Our guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.

No unregistered guests are permitted on Lanaux Mansion property at any time without prior approval of

management. We reserve the right to refuse service.

We require a two-night minimum stay. The minimum nights may increase during special events such as Jazz Fest, Mardi Gras, etc.

Check-in: 3:00 p.m CST.; Check-out: 11:00 a.m. CST

Your arrival is contact free and at your discretion. Our keyless entry system is programmed according to the last four digits of your phone number.

We love pets, but unfortunately can’t allow them on premises. Bringing a pet in violation of this policy will result in a $500 fee and possible cancellation of your reservation. Thank you for understanding.

No smoking — including pipes, cigars, cigarettes, or vaping — is allowed anywhere on the property, including the Courtyards and Balconies. Smoking in violation of this policy will result in a $500 fee and possible cancellation of your reservation.

Rates, pricing, and minimums may not apply during special events, holidays, or convention dates. Additional per-person charges may apply. King and Queen accommodations are for a maximum of two persons per room.

The Lanaux Mansion’s main house offers two ground-level suites requiring four stairs each, and three second-floor suites requiring 27 stairs. Our adjacent Marigny Maisonette property has a ground-floor sofa sleeper, and two upstairs bedrooms requiring a spiral staircase. Being an older property, we do not have an elevator or lift. 

50% payment is due at time of booking; the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Payment is 100% refundable if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival; 50% refundable if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival; and non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival.

When you make your reservation, you’ll have an opportunity to purchase travel insurance. We highly recommend this as a way to protect your investment.
