The grace of a bygone era. The modern comforts you want.

Southern hospitality means making you feel comfortable and at home from the moment you arrive at our door. At the Lanaux Mansion, you’ll find everything you need to help you relax and enjoy your stay, including A/C, Wi-Fi, en-suite bathrooms, and kitchenettes. Most also have access to balconies, courtyards, and laundry.

Petite Continental Breakfast

Coffee, tea, juice, yogurt, milk, oatmeal, and healthy breakfast bars are provided in your room to enjoy at your leisure. (Subject to availability.)

Bedding

Pillowtop mattresses, 500+ thread-count linens, foam and feather pillows, luxurious bedspreads, and throw pillows.

Wi-Fi

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the Mansion. Login and password are provided to you in your pre-arrival information as well as our in-room manual.

TVs

Flat-screen Roku-enabled smart TVs with access to Hulu and Netflix are in every bedroom.

Kitchenette

Microwave, refrigerator, toaster, dishes, silverware, wine opener and can opener, paper towels, dish detergent.

The Courtyards

The Lanaux Mansion offers outdoor courtyards to gather or just relax while enjoying a drink and the sounds of the city. Sophie’s Enchanted Cottage has its own private courtyard.

The Balconies

Ruthie's Balcony Suite, Beth's Escape, the Marigny Maisonette, and the Lanaux suites all have private balconies.

Laundry

The Wieland Suite and the both Marigny Maisonette have private laundry rooms.

Bath En Suite

En suite, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hairdryer, towels, and washcloths.

Parking

New Orleans is a very walkable city. A car is generally not necessary. Our location is perfect for walking as we are right on the border that separates the French Quarter from the Faubourg Marigny and Frenchmen Street.

We are one block from the Riverfront Streetcar and several bike rental shops, as well as on the RTA (Regional Transit Authority) routes for bus service. Uber cars and taxis are easily accessible as well. Should you decide to drive, parking can be booked with us in advance, subject to availability.
